Dr. Joseph Edsel Edmunds of St Lucia has joined the Rebuild Dominica effort. He will be working with Dr. Clayton Shillingford of Dominica, himself a distinguished agriculture scientist — formerly with Dupont Labs. Dr, Edmunds has served as a consultant to various international agencies in the South Pacific, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean and is a world renowned Nematologist.
